Termination of Smartwatch Business

We have decided to discontinue our smartwatch business in order to concentrate on "Causal AI" (Causal Inference AI) and data science, which we have been focusing on in recent years.

Production and sales of the SERENDIPITY series have already been terminated, and production of the LUXTURE series has also been terminated, with sales of its products ending on May 9, 2023.

Application support for the SERENDIPTY series and LUXTURE series will end on July 31, 2023 and July 31, 2024, respectively.

The free support period for SERENDIPITY products currently sold by other companies has also ended.

Due to the lack of stock of maintenance parts, we may not be able to repair some of them in some cases, but if you would like to have analog batteries replaced, etc., please feel free to contact us for assistance as we would still provide paid services to you.
